Returns & Refunds
We offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made on our website but under certain conditions. If you are unhappy with the product(s) that you have purchased from us, let us know by sending an email to sales@creativechicks.co.za.
Now for some red tape, sigh, we know but we must stipulate the following:
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original packaging.
- We will exchange the product(s) or refund based on the original method of payment excluding any courier charges.
- Once your returned product(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s).
- We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or not.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error will not be refunded.
